Platts EMEA Turkish Rebar Daily Rationale

S&P Global Platts assessed Turkish export rebar at $660/mt FOB Turkey on Sept. 30, stable on day.

One Turkish trader indicated a Marmara mill tradable value at $660/mt FOB, with a Marmara mill offer at $670/mt FOB. The source cited an Izmir mill offer at $675-$680/mt FOB.

A second UK trader put mills’ tradable value at $660-$670/mt FOB, depending on the mill, and indicated an overall tradable value at $665/mt FOB

Another EU trader indicated a tradable value for 6,000 mt at $665/mt FOB.

One Marmara mill source cited a mill offer at $680/mt FOB.

Another Marmara mill source put a mill offer at $675/mt FOB.
