The Steel Price Analyzer is a price analysis tool created by S&P Global Commodity Insights for steel professionals who need a quick easy way to compare steel prices for various products in various parts of the world, and is included free with a subscription to the Platts Daily Briefing or Steel Markets Daily.

Simply select the steel product you wish to analyze from the drop down list, and the price data for this product will be displayed in a graph. You can select the start/end date for the data, plus the display period and the currency.

Your next step is to select up to three other steel products to compare with - these products will also be displayed on the graph which you can print or use in presentations and reports.

You can even download the data to incorporate into your own spreadsheet models!
